WHAT TYPE OF ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE IN OVERSOUL ITEMMALL?
There are 2 types of item classes in OverSoul Item Mall, the Cash and Vault
items. Cash items are items that are bound by expiration. Vault items are
premium items that do not expire overnight or not at all.
HELP, I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS I PURCHASED FROM ITEMMALL!
Buying items in OverSoul Item Mall needs not to be complicated. (2) Two item
types are simply delivered via separate inventory systems. When you buy an item
under Cash Items (Items with Expiration), the item/s purchased will be delivered
in Cash Item Box. While if you purchased Vault type items (Items w/o
expiration), it will be delivered to Vault Item Box.
A reminder window or a prompt will be active upon login to inform you the
successful delivery of your purchases to particular Item Box – Be it in Vault or
Cash item boxes.

The duration of cash item/s is real time, which
means that even if you are not online / log-out, the said items are still in
use.

Items having 4 weeks duration are considered as
“Cash Items”.
I DID NOT SEE THE REMINDER, WHERE DO I FIND CASH ITEM BOX?

Cash item icon can be seen in the menu bar located in
the left lower portion of your screen. Click it and Cash Item Box will open.

To check the items you purchased in Vault Item Box, look need to look for for Sanglimang/Sanglamang (Pawnshop) located in the town. Click Sanglimang/Sanglamang (Pawnshop) and it will open a menu, there you will find the Vault Item Box

To expand your Vault Item Box, you can buy this item named “Steel Safety Box” in the item Mall.
This is how it would look like (look below). Notice that the regular Vault Item Box (green line) supports substantial amount of items for stocking up, while expanding it would only be available when complimenting it with a steel vault (red line) from Item Mall.
