    What is Validation Code? One of the major requirements upon registration in OverSoul is utilization of an active or working email address by a customer. This will allow OverSoul team to deliver fresh news, dated promotions and important advisories.
    The process is very simple. Upon registration, the system provides the registrant a VALIDATION CODE sent via registered email account. This VALIDATION CODE then will be used to activate HelpDesk Account. This system dynamics will prove that the validation code was received and activated by the customer and that the email account registered was indeed active.
     
    How to get Validation Code?
    After a successful registration, the VALIDATION CODE will automatically be sent into the registered e-mail address. In the event that the customer was unable to receive the VALIDATION CODE for whatever reason, reclaiming the VALIDATION CODE is easy.
        1.) Go to www.oversoul.ph and locate on the right side navigation banners
              of the homepage a button banner that reads “Get VALIDATION CODE here”.
     
     
        2.) Click the button banner and it will open the validation codes claim page.
              It will require you to login your game account for security.
     
     
        3.) Click Validation code and copy it. Paste the code to below open form field
             and click “Validate to get other services”. You should be able to see similar image below.
     
    Why do I need to activate my HelpDesk?
    Activating your HelDesk account empowers you as a customer to be heard. Not only access for communication with OverSoul administrators, but via HelpDesk, OverSoul team will be able to prioritize your concerns with pertinent documentations.
    This will allow OverSoul team to deliver fresh news, dated promotions and important advisories to you directly.
     
    Validation Code,…do I need it to join the Forum?
    NO! Using the same User Name and Password after registration, you are entitled to join the community forum where anyone and everyone can express themselves.
