- MISBEHAVIOR
What is Looting?
Looting is to take dropped items from a monster that was killed by another player. However, due to the 1-minute item lock that is set for all monsters drop items, looting reports will no longer be entertained.
Left Items: If the rightful owner of the drop does not pick up the item and leaves, it is considered a free-for-all once the item lock expires. Anybody can take it.
Loots from mobbed monsters: due to the 1-minute item lock that is set for all monsters drop items, looting reports for mob-drops will not be entertained.
What is Spamming / Flooding?
Flooding is when a players type messages repeatedly on screen to the point that it disrupts normal conversations between other players. This can be meant to bother or harass other players or to draw useless attention to one's self. It is also considered flooding if a player shouts an ad for trade more than three times in a row within a 3 minute period.
Spamming is simply typing in anything senselessly for no reason at all. Duplicate post is simply duplicating what was already said by others or in a way cloning what was said by others, is also considered an offense.
Random Text: Some players usually type keys randomly to test if they're lagging or not. Unless the random text exceeds 3 lines of text through global chat, it's not normally considered Spamming / Flooding.
What is considered as Disruption of Events?
OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy Game Masters run different game events. Players who disrupt these events (continuously initiating a trade or messaging a GM or the Z-Zone event character, being in an area they have been asked not to be in, harassing participants, etc.) will be subject to penalties.
What is false reporting?
Reporting false information such as presenting yourself as a hack victim to profit from this action is illegal. This also applies to giving false information about others players to get them into trouble or continuously accusing other players of non-factual information. It is also considered as false reporting if a player reports for a lost password for accounts that are not their own.
What is Disrespecting or Harassing Game Masters or other Z-Zone Employees?
Disrespect or harassment of Game Masters or other Z-Zone employees and known Z-Zone characters is a punishable offense. Game Masters will issue only 1 verbal warning before issuing penalties to the offending party.
What is Mobbing?
Mobbing is when a player gathers a several monsters and lures them to certain spot for snipping using a ranged weapon or MA skill. Mobbing is generally not a crime but can result to one. When a player lures the mob to another player with the intent to kill using the mob is one example.
What is considered as Non-Conformance to the Event Rules?
A set of mechanics is always set for each event that will take place in-game. These are posted on the OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy website for all players that are interested to participate to access. During each event, the participants are then expected to abide by these rules.
What if the player disobeys these rules? They may be disqualified from the event, kicked from the game, and/or suspended depending on the severity of the offense.
What is considered as game disruption?
There are several ways of how a player can disrupt another's game. Here are the most common forms of "game-disruption":
- Mob-stealing
- Sending offensive and vulgar messages to another player
- Non- complying with the event mechanics
- Looting
- VULGARITY
What is Vulgarity?
Vulgarity is to have a character's name, guild name, guild logo, alias, global chat window, or vending window that uses words or ideas that are considered inappropriate or unsuitable for adolescents to see.
Graphical Acts: Using ASCII or punctuations to express dirty or offensive messages is also considered vulgar.

What is swearing?
Swearing is to curse or say bad words that can be read or seen by a lot of people.
Because OverSoul, Sourage for Supremacy Online is comprised of a variety of players from all walks of life, there is no such thing as a "safe" bad word. Some people will take offense at words other people take for granted. To be safe, be sensitive to others' feelings and avoid swearing.
What is insulting a Player?
Insulting a Player is to say offensive things towards a particular person. These include cursing, name-calling, and words that may appear innocent for others, but abusive for the victim. Even if the person doesn't use any foul language, if what he says is offensive to the other person, then he is insulting that player.
What is Aggressive, Harassing Behavior?
Aggressive, harassing behavior is to use hateful language to degrade and/or offend another player. Any kind of remark that is sexual, racist, gender, religious or principle-related falls under this violation.
Aggressive Harassment: Even if a PM or Chat does not contain any inappropriate remarks, but is directed to a single person and goes on for several minutes, it is still considered Aggressive Harassment.
Threatening players: We do not tolerate threatening of other players with challenges that result in violent outcomes. These include fights, shooting stabbing, killing and threats to seek and beat up other players out of the game. Please keep it in-game and settle it in the Player vs. Player (PVP) areas.
- ILLEGAL TRADING
What is Illegal Trading?
Illegal Trading is to exchange OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy Online items, gold, or accounts with real money or goods; or to swap OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy Online items, gold, or characters from one account in a server for items, gold, or characters in another account and server.
Current List of Illegal Trades
- OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy game item for real money is illegal.
- OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy game account for real money is illegal
- OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy game item or account in one server for OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy game item or account in another server is illegal.
- In-game gold for real money is illegal.
- In-game gold in one server for item or gold in another server is illegal.
- Real-world item for OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy account or game item is illegal.
- ISP Card for OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy game item / gold is illegal.
- Call Card for OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy game item / gold is illegal.
* Advertising the intent to engage in an illegal trade, whether through Global chat or the use of a character's alias is subject to penalties.
* The OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy Support Team will not entertain reports and calls resulting from these illegal transactions.
* Trading in-game items for OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy game cards are neither promoted nor encouraged. Trades of this nature will be at the player's own risk. Reports of scams resulting from these trades will not be entertained.
- FRAUD
What is Impersonation?
Impersonation is to pretend to be a known person in order to acquire information from other players for purposes of hacking or scamming.
Some people claim to be a Game Master or Z-Zone employee in order to make people do what they wish. Game Master or Z-Zone employee is above the Code of Conduct that Z-Zone and Magics has set.
Another kind of impersonation is to pretend to be a well-known player in a certain server in order to fool friends of this player into giving items to the impersonator. While majority of these pranks are just to annoy fellow players, some intend to steal items and/or even destroy the reputation of others.
What is scamming?
Scamming occurs when a player engages in a trade with another, the intent to gain items or gold in exchange for another item but does not follow through. A contrived scheme or process designed to surreptitiously, deceitfully and materially benefit the perpetrator(s) at the expense of the victim(s).
It is also considered as scamming to provide or sell goods or services, knowing them to be unfit for purpose, while implying or claiming fitness in order to elevate the monetary value and generate undeserved revenue.
Since scamming is usually a two-way process, the Support team advices all players to be careful in engaging in a trade. It is the responsibility of the player to protect his/her own possessions and evaluate what transactions to make or not make with other players.
What is Siege/War scam?
During battle, all participating sects have their corresponding logos displayed above the characters to allow them to identify each other easily and to avoid accidental player killing of non-participants. Before and during the siege or war, the Sect Lords are not allowed to change or remove the Sect group's logo.
Sect Logos should always be clear and visible. It should occupy at least 80% of the 20x20 grid; and has no more than 15% invisible, black, or gray colors. Failure to comply with this rule before/during a siege/war will be grounds for the punishment.

What is Use of a Third Party Program?
Use of a Third Party Program is to install and use programs designed to edit, modify, and/or duplicate the OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy Online program software and any of its parts, patches, or modules without the direct consent of Magics Inc.
What is Modification of OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy Client?
Modification of OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy Client is to write, program and/or use programs designed to alter the OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy Online program software and any of its parts, patches, or modules without the direct consent of Magics Inc.
What is Bug Abuse and Exploitation?
Bug exploitation arises when a player takes advantage of an error discovered in the game or services. These actions may allow the players to gain more gold or acquire premium items for free. When such an error is discovered, players are advised to report the incident to the Support group immediately. Failure to report the error may result to permanent account suspension.
