The OverSoul Community Boards is a message board by Z-Zone which caters mainly to players of OverSoul, Courage for Supremacy. Our aim is to create a community which would help foster goodwill among the players of OverSoul, as well as encourage them to help out each other in their adventures.
The following rules and policies will be strictly enforced in regards to the OverSoul Community Boards
- Names with the GM naming convention, or is similar to the GM/Staff is not allowed
Anybody caught posting (or not) using any of the known GM Naming Convention, current or outdated, will be renamed or deleted depending on the severity of his case. - No discussions or links pertaining to private servers, client modifications, hacks, bots, or any other third-party programs, including other MMORPGs not related to OverSoul is allowed.
The penalty for violating this rule is permanent account suspension. No ifs and buts. - No discussions or links pertaining to illegal trades, including, but not limited to, items for PHP.
No inter-server trades are allowed to be posted in the forum. No trades for goods in real life or virtual load will be allowed in the forum. Definitely it is forbidden to post items for PHP.
The penalty for violating this rule is permanent OverSoul account suspension. No second chances. - We are all civilized people, so please post in a civilized manner.
Common courtesy is what makes us human. If you want to be treated with respect, keep in mind the following reminders.- Keep your cool at all times
Sure it's nice to rant and rave, but remember that people can be offended by what you say and that could lead to a flame war. If anything, exchanging heated words will simply draw people in and cause a flame war, which will more often than not produce nothing productive in the process.
Keeping in mind freedom of speech, Z-Zone reserves the right to delete with out warning posts which do not contribute positively to the Community Boards. - Questionable images/links are not allowed.
Most of our players are minors and with this is mind, excessive lewdness, profanity and sexual innuendo will not be allowed in the forums. Additionally, any links, photos, avatars and/or signatures which contain sexually explicit or disturbing images or content may be removed without warning. - Do not make unwarranted personal attacks or spread false statements about someone or something up to and including any OverSoul staff and personnel.
Posts making wild statements without accompanying proof may be regarded as slander.
The penalty of violating these rules will range from post deletion and a warning for minor offenses, to temporary suspension for major offenses, and possibly permanent account suspension for repeated and/or serious offenses.
Slanderous statements against the company will be reported to the proper authorities.

- Follow the rules of basic forum usage.
- Do not spam - Spamming refers to posting comments unrelated to a topic, posting pointless responses (such as a simple emoticon or a one-liner) and posting outside of the appropriate section.
This also includes advertising unrelated sites or soliciting products that have nothing to do with the subject matter. - Post legibly.
- Limit your signature sizes - Maximum size of a signature will be 500 x 200 pixels, with a max file size of 80kb. Be sure that your signatures will not exceed the limit.
Signatures which exceed this limit, may be altered or deleted without warning, and depending on the moderator, you will be notified about it. - Do not stray from the topic of the thread.
Breaking any of these rules will result in a warning. Receive too many warnings and you may get a temporary or permanent suspension, depending on moderator leniency.
- Do not spam - Spamming refers to posting comments unrelated to a topic, posting pointless responses (such as a simple emoticon or a one-liner) and posting outside of the appropriate section.
- Avoid posting double topics.
- No Trolling/Flaming - A Troll is a user who makes a post simply to generate arguments and cause chaos. It is usually an off-topic post or a ranting diatribe against a person or organization.
Similarly a Flamer is a user who makes a post to attack the personality of another user or the staff. Anyone violating this rule will be suspended permanently.
In the event of a breach of rule, users proven to be using multiple accounts to commit infractions will find all instances of their accounts punished in the same way.
People who lend or use other accounts to escape post moderation / muting or account suspension will be banned permanently. All existing punishments will be upgraded to permanent banning.
